Adding Users On A Konica Minolta MFP
1. Adding
Open your Web Browser and navigate to the web page of the device via its IP address.
Select ‘Administrator’ and Click ‘Login’.
Enter the Administrator password and click ‘OK’.
Select ‘Authentication / Account track’.
Click on ‘Account Track Settings’.
Click ‘New Registration’.
Fill in the Password (PIN number) twice, plus the user name.
Press ‘OK’ at the bottom of the page.
You will need to press ‘OK’ on a confirmation page, then you can logout of the admin page.
2. Amending
Process as above
Click on ‘Account Track Settings’
Click ‘Edit’ on the account you wish to amend.
Fill in the Password (PIN number) twice, plus the user name.
Press ‘OK’ at the bottom of the page. You will need to press ‘OK’ on a confirmation page, then you can logout of the admin page.
