Comprising Lexus, Skoda and Mazda franchises, the Mitchell Group is based at a prestigious five acre site in Cheshire Oaks. Over the past 25 years, the ‘Mitchell’ name has become synonymous with enthusiasm, innovation and customer care, all values that we embrace at Weaver Bomfords.
Having experienced some problems with a previous supplier in terms of service and invoicing issues, we were delighted to be asked to provide a quotation for their new contract.
Security has been improved
Thanks to our flexible and customer-focused approach we were able to make improvements to their existing print solution. New MFPS at strategic locations across the site have improved output quality. They also provide a secure ‘follow-me’ system, which has improved data security in light of GDPR.
Specialist software has been incorporated
New network printers were installed to work directly with an industry-specific software solution. Working closely with their third party software provider ensured that implementation was as smooth and stress free as possible.
Legacy Devices are included
As there were a number of relatively new printers owned by the Mitchell Group, we also agreed to take on their maintenance at a low fixed cost per copy. This means that we supply a consolidated invoice each month with all charges in arrears, making invoicing transparent and easy to check.
